How to use our Reputation Widgets

We have used real reviews from Chat Heroes who have allowed us to use their review page to demonstrate the different embedding options.

We strongly recommend adding a new Menu item to your website as Chat Heroes have done.
This makes it easy for your visitors to see existing customers talking about your brand reputation and your customer service.

Social proof of a company’s reviews is critical to demonstrate reviews are genuine and from actual customers and not just added by the business as a long list of reviews without any proof. A review from a customer is more believable than saying a review has been emailed to us.
